Rolled-and-welded stainless steel 304/2205/2304 tube with centrifugally cast, with wall thickness ranging from 55mm to 100mm and drilled with Φ4.5 mm holes.
Polyurethane construction with thickness of 20 mm and hardness rating of P&J 15–20°. The surface features through holes of Φ4 mm combined with groove patterns, achieving a through hole open area ratio of 20% and groove open area ratio of approximately 22%.
Constructed with welded stainless steel 304, available in single or dual chambers, with slide-out frame design. Internally equipped with sealing, lubrication, cleaning, and amplitude adjustment components—all made of stainless steel 304. Configured with imported air inlet tubes and graphite sealing strips. A high-pressure mobile water spray cleaning device is optional.
