Applied at the lead of the press sections on fourdriniers and hybrid formers, including single-chamber and dual-chamber options. Typical Machine Types: net paper width 8,600 mm; operating speed 1,200 m/min.
Rolled-and-welded stainless steel 304 tube with wall thickness ranging from 30mm to 50mm, drilled with Φ5 mm or Φ5.5mm holes. with approximately 12%-15% open area ratio.
Constructed with welded stainless steel 304, available in single or dual chambers, with slide-out frame design. Internally equipped with sealing, lubrication, cleaning, and amplitude adjustment components—all made of stainless steel 304. Configured with imported air inlet tubes and graphite sealing strips. Optional drive-side drainage duct configuration available. A high-pressure mobile water spray cleaning device is optional.
Nodular cast iron; cast steel.
