Rolled-and-welded stainless steel 304/2205/2304 tube with centrifugally cast , with wall thickness ranging from 45mm to 100mm,drilled with Φ4.5 mm holes.
Constructed with polyurethane or wear-resistant rubber at 20mm thickness. Hardness: P&J 10±2° or Shore A 96±2°. The surface features through holes of Φ4 mm through-holes achieving approximately 15% open area ratio. Optional features subject to customer specifications: Blind holes(non-through holes), Surface fluting (groove patterns).
Constructed with welded stainless steel 304, available in single/dual or triple chambers, with slide-out frame design. Internally equipped with sealing, lubrication, cleaning, and amplitude adjustment components—all made of stainless steel 304. Configured with imported air inlet tubes and graphite sealing strips. A high-pressure mobile water spray cleaning device is optional.
