The suction element has a suction port facing the inner wall of the roller. As the roller rotates relative to the suction element, the suction holes on the roller surface periodically pass through the suction port of the suction element The radial position of the suction element inside the roller is variable. As the radial position of the suction element inside the roller changes, the suction port of the suction element can be either in contact with or separated from the inner wall of the roller.
